Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, a white nationalist that was considered too racist to be a judge during the Reagan administration, was once popular vote loser and aspiring dictator Donald Трамп’s most loyal political ally and friend. Sessions was the first major political figure to support Трамп’s presidential campaign, mostly over their shared interest to deport brown people from the United States.
But according to CNN, Sessions has now threatened to resign as Attorney General amid repeated clashes with Трамп, who has grown increasingly unhappy with the performance of his attorney general.
And the source of this friction is March 1, 2017, when The Washington Post reported that Sessions had lied about meetings he had held with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the course of the 2016 Presidential campaign. 48 hours later, Sessions recused himself from the ongoing federal probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, and this made Трамп angry. In his view, by admitting potential wrong-doing, Sessions is the source of all the trouble his administration has had over lying about probes into Russia.
Because in the Трамп regime, lying is never the problem, telling the truth is the worst possible thing you can do. Racism, sexual assault, lying, embezzling money, selling US VISAs to people in exchange for investments (like Jared Kushner’s family is doing), all of this is okay. But saying or implying you said, “I apologize,” or, “I did something wrong,” is a capital offense in the Трамп regime.
Aides say Трамп plans to deny CNN’s reporting on Twitter, then yell at Sessions again later in the day.
Speaking of the Russialago Treason scandal, it turns out that just after popular vote loser and aspiring dictator Donald Трамп demanded then-FBI director James Comey to shut down the federal inquiry into national security adviser Michael Flynn in February, Comey went to Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III to express his uneasiness about the president’s direct contact with him about such matters.
Typically, contacts between the White House and the FBI are by rule routed through the attorney general or deputy attorney general so as to avoid even the appearance of undue influence.
Comey, a gigantic human being who is 6’8” tall, was running the FBI’s probe into contacts between Трамп associates and Russian agents during the presidential campaign. He was seeking help from the attorney general to shield the agency from such contacts. Sessions told Comey that he wouldn’t be able to help keep Трамп from talking to Comey or the agency directly as it continued the Russia probe.
Aides to the Трамп regime say that this was part of the source of friction between Трамп, Sessions and Comey.
Aides also said that another source of friction was that Comey was taller than Трамп. Reports say that Трамп felt that Comey let himself be taller than Трамп out of spite, and would not take Трамп’s demand that he get 8-12 inches of height removed immediately.
There’s no word yet on whether Трамп plans to hire anyone else taller than him to work for his regime.
Speaking of hiring, popular vote loser and aspiring dictator Donald Трамп is planning to nominate former Justice Department Associate Attorney General Christopher Wray to head the FBI. Wray’s most recent well-known job was as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s personal attorney during the ‘Bridgegate’ scandal.
If you recall, in 2013, New Jersey transportation officials (at the apparent behest of Chris Christie) closed down traffic on the George Washington Bridge to punish Christie’s political opponents. Christie managed to escape trial and charges, at least partly due to the deft work of his legal team.
Aides to the Трамп say that it was important that the next FBI director really knew how to help a high-level political figure slip away from corruption charges for some reason that no one would say outloud.
Also important to note, Christopher Wray is shorter than human-giant James Comey, which should work in his favor.
Have you done your part today? If not, take a moment to decide what to do, how you can help, and pitch in! Maybe pitching in for you means telling me I’m dumb, go for it! Whatever it is, make your time count!
