The gunman behind the deadliest mass shooting in Texas history had in-laws who attended the church he targeted. He threatened his mother-in-law by text Sunday morning before his killing spree.
In response to this tragedy, Texas plans to ban texting.
Democratic lawmakers are renewing their calls for gun control, following the largest mass shooting in Texas history. Donald Трамп and other Republicans insisted firearms are not the problem, but instead the problem was mental health.
It turns out most Americans agree with Donald Трамп that not-supporting gun-control is a mental health problem.
On the lighter side of things, a federal judge on Monday ordered former Трамп campaign chairman Paul Manafort and Rick Gates to remain under house arrest while wearing GPS trackers. The judge said if they offered up more bail money, they could be allowed to leave their houses.
Reports on the scene said that the Judge denied Manafort’s request to spend the rest of his house arrest at his home in Russia.
